As a loyal Baum fan and founding member of the International Wizard of Oz Club and dedicated fan of L. Frank Baum authored The Musical Fantasies of L. Frank Baum & The High-Jinks of L. Frank Baum.
As a rare book dealer, she developed a sixth sense for unearthing forgotten treasures which she supplied to private collectors and libraries in the U.S.A. and abroad. Many of these treasures she reproduced in miniature through her publishing company Ford Press.
Her miniature books were published in hardback as well as wraps. Some unique soft cover books also come with dust jackets. Most illustrated by Dean Martin and some hand painted by Alla herself.
